Welcome


Mission: Primary mission will be to support the mission of the Northeastern University Alumni at large, i.e. to connect nursing alumni with similar interests to each other and to keep them connected to the University.

- To recognize, and celebrate superior achievement and leadership among our alumni members by regenerating the Nursing Hall of Fame, which was launched in 1998 with the induction of 7 outstanding NU nursing alumni.
- To foster and encourage the attainment of high professional standards. To provide a medium through which nursing research can be supported, discussed, and evaluated for use in practice.
- To facilitate professional opportunities for nursing students through preceptor and mentorship programs.
- To cultivate an environment for networking, career advice, and continuing professional development among alumni and students.

Membership criteria: All nursing graduates from Northeastern University since the opening of the College of Nursing in 1964. This includes graduates who earned an associate’s degree in nursing (ADN), a baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN), a master’s degree with a major in nursing (MS), or a certification of advanced graduate study (CAS or CAGS).
